I want to talk about accountability for a minute.
I think it is an under-rated attribute! In business, if you can’t be accountable, you’re kinda screwed. Sometimes, you just have to hold your hands up and say “Yes…That’s my responsibility!”
But here’s the thing…Most people associate Accountability with things going wrong! Don’t you think?
Here’s why I think people need to be accountable from Day 1…
